phantabulous, i tried to find your webpage to respond there (this was when i didn't respond directly to peeps here..)<BR/>anyway, my aunt tells me to make sure the pan is uber hot and the oil is generous and hot too. make sure to pour the batter in super thin to ensure extra crispiness. you don't want it pancake consistence, then it'll be too thick and not crispy at all. hope that helps!<BR/><

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I'm' not getting mine to be crispy. I either burn it just a little to get the crisp or it's a little soft and soggy with no crisp. The flavor is still great, but I just can't get that crisp. <BR/><BR/>ARGH!<BR/><BR/>My mother would be so ashamed of me.
