This looks delicious! :) I have to admit I&#39;m one of those people that love eating breakfast for dinner. I tend to skip breakfast a lot of the time (bad I know) but love the food on offer.

OMG this looks like a thing they have here in the UK called &#39;Bubble &amp; Squeak&#39; - I have NO IDEA why its called that - which is basically left over bits of veg like potato, celery, cabbage etc. I LOVE BUBBLE &amp; SQUEAK and omg it would be sooo much better with a fried egg on top :)
